- [MOBILE] Pre-registration and CBT recruitment for the subculture strategy RPG 'Remember: White Shadow' have begun.
Game developer BlackStorm announced on the 28th that they have started recruiting participants for the closed beta test of their upcoming game 'Rememento - White Shadow' along with pre-registration.
'Rememento' is a subculture strategy RPG that combines the emotions of JRPG with turn-based gameplay. Set in the vast continent of Deters, the game allows players to freely explore the open world while facing the nightmares of the returned witches with memories left by the gods. It features high-quality cartoon rendering graphics that enhance realism and immersion, as well as full voice dubbing for the main story.
Combat changes to a turn-based party battle system when encountering enemies in the world, allowing for strategic turn-based gameplay with up to 4 characters. Players can create their own combinations using attractive characters and utilize character traits, skills, action gauges, guard destruction system, etc., for efficient battles. The game also includes systems for building affinity with characters, engaging in PvP battles with other players, and more.
'Rememento' plans to update characters at least every 3 weeks to enhance the fun of party composition and combinations.
For participating in the official website pre-registration of 'Rememento', players will receive 5,000 Platinum Coins, a Vicarus Badge, 200 Dawn Stones, and 10 Intermediate Mnemonic Manuals. Additionally, as a market pre-registration reward, 5,000 Platinum Coins and 10 Research Spectrometers will be provided. If the pre-registration target of 500,000 participants is achieved, generous rewards including Warden Ceri Skin, Dewy Crystals, Dawn Stones, and Platinum Coins will be given to all participants.
In addition, an event is ongoing in the official Naver Lounge where players can earn rewards such as 10,000 Platinum Coins, 5 Intermediate Mnemonic Manuals, and 5 Research Spectrometers when the maximum target number of members is reached. By sharing the pre-registration page on social media, players can enter a draw to win prizes such as an iPhone 16 Pro, Apple Watch, and a 30,000 won gift card.
To ensure the highest game quality before its release, 'Rememento' will undergo a closed beta test. Applications are being accepted until November 3rd for both PC and mobile platforms, with detailed schedules to be provided later.
